How to manage " Program cannot be deleted because is already being used by another program" error message?

The most commonly used operations on files and folders are coping, moving and deleting. But some time you get the error message when you want to rename, move and delete any file and folder "File or Folder cannot be deleted because it's already being used by another program". This happen because windows and some time virus is still using the targeted file or folder and this sharing violation prevent the computer users to move, rename and delete certain file or folder on their computer.

 

Perform the following steps to solve this error message:

Now a small windows dialog box will open with title "unlocker 1.8.5", using drop down menu select the option "delete, rename, move" and press OK button to end this process.

You can repeat the steps on all affected files or folders to stop the process that is using your files or folders.
